Job summary

3i People is seeking an IT Trainer/ Content Developer to join their IT training team in Georgia. The role involves traveling to multiple district offices, delivering in-person and remote training sessions, and creating engaging training content across various formats.

You will collaborate with IT staff to update materials and ensure accurate timekeeping and reporting. The ideal candidate will develop PowerPoint slides, trainer guides, user manuals, and multimedia content using Camtasia,

Qualifications

• Experience creating IT training materials and content
• Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and trainers guides
• Proven capability to deliver training to multiple districts and remote teams

Responsibilities

• Develop/update IT training content and materials
• Create and publish training content using Word, PowerPoint and authoring tools
• Deliver training in-person and via Microsoft Teams; conduct online sessions
• Coordinate with IT staff and stakeholders to align training with program needs
• Maintain LMS records, enrollments and performance indicators
