Job summary

Coventek Inc in Georgia, in partnership with the GDOT IT Training Team, seeks a trainer to deliver IT training to GDOT staff across districts, both on-site and online via Teams. The role involves creating training content, publishing schedules, enrolling learners in the LMS, and tracking assessments.

You will develop guides, videos, and courses with Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Captivate, and Articulate tools; travel is required to District and Area Offices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to adult learners.
• Ability to develop training content and materials.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to GDOT staff, both on-site and remote.
• Publish training schedules in the GDOT LMS and manage enrollments and completions.
• Develop and update IT training content and materials.
• Coordinate with GDOT business units to tailor courses and increase enrollments.
• Maintain records of time, activities, performance indicators, and surveys.
• Provide engaging, interactive learning experiences and support after sessions.
