Job summary

VIVA USA INC. is seeking a Trainer and Content Developer (Hybrid) to deliver IT application training and build engaging content for desktop, web, and mobile tools.

You will design curricula, publish materials, and manage learner enrollments in the client LMS while coordinating with IT staff. The role requires in-person and remote delivery, collaboration with business units, and strong proficiency in Office 365, Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360/Storyline.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• 4 years IT training or IT education experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and teaching skills.
• Willingness to travel for in-person training at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts IT application training classes and develops training content.
• Publishes course materials and manages LMS enrollments and completions.
• Delivers training remotely via Microsoft Teams and on-site classes as needed.
• Collaborates with client teams to identify training needs and content gaps.
• Maintains training records, timekeeping, and performance indicators.
• Develops engaging content using Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Captivate, and Storyline.
• Travels to district/office sites to deliver classes as required.
