Job summary

Sharp Decisions seeks an IT Trainer to deliver on-site and remote IT training to client staff. The role includes traveling to District 1 (Gainesville) and District 2 (Tennille, GA) for on-premise classes several times per month and conducting remote classes via Microsoft Teams.

You will develop and maintain training content, create PowerPoint presentations, trainer guides, user manuals, and CBTs, and collaborate with client teams to tailor offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to adult learners.
• Ability to develop and update training content (presentations, guides, manuals, videos).
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Scribe, Camtasia, Captivate, and/ or Articulate 360/Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to client staff (adult learners) on desktop, web, and mobile apps.
• Identify training needs, publish schedules, enroll learners, administer assessments, and assign grades.
• Develop/update training content including PowerPoint presentations, trainer guides, manuals, storyboards, videos, and CBTs.
• Engage technical staff to develop content and collaborate with client business units to increase enrollments.
• Publish course materials and track time/activities, timecards, and performance indicators.
• Conduct virtual classroom training, on-site classes, and webinars using Teams.
• Complete recordkeeping and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
