Job summary

FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is seeking an IT Trainer to deliver and coordinate training across multiple Georgia District locations and via remote sessions. The role requires developing content, administering LMS activities, and partnering with GDOT business units to expand course enrollments.

You will create engaging training materials for desktop, web, and mobile apps, and collaborate with IT staff to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to travel within Georgia for in-person trainings.
• Experience in IT training or end-user support and content development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to staff on IT applications (desktop, web, mobile).
• Publish training schedules in the GDOT LMS (Oracle/Workday).
• Administer enrollments, testing, and completions; assign grades/certifications.
• Develop/update training content and materials (PowerPoint, guides, videos).
• Conduct virtual and on-site trainings; facilitate vendor-led sessions.
