Job summary

Info Origin Inc. in Georgia is seeking an IT Trainer / Content Developer to deliver training to employees via Microsoft Teams and in onsite sessions. This hybrid role requires travel within Georgia and the ability to create engaging training materials and LMS content.

You will schedule trainings, track attendance, and work with IT and business teams to identify learning needs. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is experience developing IT application training

Qualifications

4+ years of IT training, technical training, application training, or end-user support experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Experience developing training materials for IT applications.

Responsibilities

Conduct IT training for employees through Microsoft Teams and onsite classes.
Travel to within Georgia as needed.
Train users on desktop, web, and mobile applications.
Create and update PowerPoint presentations, user guides, quick reference guides, manuals, videos, and e-learning content.
Schedule training, manage enrollments, track attendance/completions, and maintain LMS records.
Work with IT and business teams to identify training needs.
Collect learner feedback and continuously improve training materials.
