Job summary

SAGE GROUP is seeking an IT Trainer to deliver classes across District offices, both on-site and via remote sessions, using Teams and a range of IT applications. The role includes developing training content, maintaining LMS records, and collaborating with IT and business units to grow course enrollment.

Occasional travel within Georgia is required. The candidate will create PowerPoint presentations, trainer guides, manuals, and multimedia content, and will be trained on Client IT and COTS

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications required.
• Experience in IT training content development and instructional design.
• Ability to travel within Georgia for scheduled in-person training.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Experience developing role-based end user training content for IT applications.
• Familiarity with LMS recordkeeping and course enrollments.
