Job summary

Techgene Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Trainer/Content Developer to deliver IT training across Georgia, including on-site and remote sessions. You will develop training content, publish schedules, manage LMS records, and collaborate with GDOT IT staff and vendors. Travel within Georgia is required.

The role involves creating PowerPoint presentations, training guides, and multimedia content, plus coordinating with instructors and learners for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in communications, teaching, IT or similar field, or equivalent IT experience.
• 4 years IT training or end-user support experience.
• 5 years of Excel/Office 365 experience recommended.
• Strong English verbal and written communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to GDOT staff on desktop, web and mobile apps.
• Develop, update and maintain IT training content and guides.
• Publish training schedules in the GDOT LMS and manage enrollments.
• Track training outcomes, surveys and certifications.
• Collaborate with GDOT business units to identify training needs.
• Travel within Georgia to conduct on-site classes; some remote sessions via Teams.
