Qualifications

• Deliver IT training to GDOT staff on IT applications, including desktop, web, and mobile.
• Develop and maintain training content using Word/PowerPoint and authoring tools.
• Publish training schedules in the GDOT Learning Management System and administer enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to GDOT Team Leader and IT management guidance.
• Learns GDOT IT applications to teach users effectively.
• Maintains training schedules and coordinates enrollments and attendance.
• Conducts virtual, on-site, and webinar trainings in Teams.
• Produces engaging training content and publishes course materials.
