Job summary

Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) seeks an IT Trainer / Content Developer to deliver IT training to GDOT staff and develop/update training materials across desktop, web, and mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
• Experience in IT training or end-user support.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to GDOT staff (on-premise and remote).
• Develop and update IT training content (guides, manuals, storyboards, videos).
• Publish training schedules in the GDOT LMS and manage enrollments.
