Job summary

Georgia Department of Transportation seeks an IT trainer to develop, update and maintain training content for GDOT IT applications. The role includes creating PowerPoint presentations, trainer guides, quick references, user manuals, storyboards, videos, and CBTs.

The candidate will travel to District 1 in Gainesville and District 2 in Tennille, GA, delivering on-site classes several times a month and online sessions via Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT training or end-user support.
• Ability to design, develop, and update training content.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop/update IT training content including guides, manuals, and videos.
• Deliver training sessions on-site and via Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain LMS records and performance indicators.
