Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to adult learners.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop content.
• Proven skill in creating engaging instructor guides and presentations.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel within Georgia to onsite classes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to GDOT staff on custom GDOT IT and COTS applications.
• Publish training schedules and manage enrollments in the GDOT LMS.
• Create and update training materials and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with GDOT business units to increase class enrollments.
• Conduct on-site, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
