Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting computers and cloud-based technologies.
• 2+ years of experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting moderately complex issues.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve tickets through the service desk ticketing system.
• Monitor and respond to incoming phone requests related to IT issues.
• Maintain computer systems during outages.
• Support end-user hardware including PCs and printers.
• Troubleshoot issues for both in-office and remote users.
