Trifecta is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support on‑prem and cloud infrastructure for Trifecta and clients. The role covers secure, scalable systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments in a fast-paced, hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in network or systems administration, 7+ years in Microsoft 365/Azure, and advanced networking certifications. Excellent troubleshooting and MSP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of Network or Systems Administration experience.
• 7+ years of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure administration.
• Advanced networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent).
• Experience in a Managed Services (MSP) environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure for Trifecta and clients.
• Monitor performance, security, and capacity across hybrid environments.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform patch management and system upgrades.
• Manage backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Configure and monitor hybrid Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune).
