Job summary

Trifecta is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support on‑prem and cloud infrastructure for Trifecta and clients. The role covers secure, scalable systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments in a fast-paced, hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in network or systems administration, 7+ years in Microsoft 365/Azure, and advanced networking certifications. Excellent troubleshooting and MSP experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
7+ years of Network or Systems Administration experience.
7+ years of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure administration.
Advanced networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent).
Experience in a Managed Services (MSP) environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure for Trifecta and clients.
Monitor performance, security, and capacity across hybrid environments.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Perform patch management and system upgrades.
Manage backups and disaster recovery processes.
Configure and monitor hybrid Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune).
