Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, Inc. in Foxborough, MA, is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to maintain end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and security controls in a hybrid, onsite role.

You will provide hands-on support to local employees while working with a global IT team to deploy software, manage accounts, and assist with networks and infrastructure. The position offers opportunities to grow in cloud, cybersecurity, and automation.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience providing technical support in a business or enterprise IT environment.
Experience supporting Windows computers, Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and common office technology.
Experience troubleshooting issues directly with employees and documenting actions taken.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, OS, connectivity, printing, and peripherals.
Set up, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobiles, monitors, and other devices.
Install and deploy approved software and assist with Windows updates and endpoint configurations.
Support conference room technology and help employees use company systems.
Maintain IT assets, equipment assignments, and inventory records.
Onboard and offboard employees, manage accounts, and access changes.
Administer Microsoft 365, identity services, and endpoint management per procedures.
Assist with access, authentication, email, collaboration tools, and mobile issues.
Follow access control, approval, and least privilege requirements.
Operate and maintain local network, Wi‑Fi, VPN, server-room equipment.
Monitor alerts, backups, and routine IT activities; escalate issues as needed.
Support business applications and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Assist with technology upgrades and new-system rollouts.
Follow cybersecurity policies; assist with incidents and remediation.
Create and maintain support procedures, setup guides, and KB articles.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
Use scripting to automate routine tasks with guidance from senior staff.
Collaborate with global IT teams and communicate status clearly.
