Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a computer or network technician or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PC repair, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM or similar).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex workstation, OS, software, and peripheral issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networked hardware and software across company platforms.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset management in the helpdesk system.
• Ensure timely resolution of service tickets per SLAs.
• Support hardware/software upgrades, system deployments, and rollouts.
• Manage mobile devices, provisioning, and service plans.
• Support deployment and patch management platforms (SCCM or similar).
• Maintain multimedia systems incl. projectors, displays, and conferencing systems.
• Provide on-site and remote support for conference rooms and executive presentations.
• Develop automated tech solutions using scripting tools such as PowerShell.
• Identify process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
• Analyze support data trends to guide proactive solutions.
