Job summary

The IT Systems Support Specialist at Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, Inc. supports and maintains the technology environment for Foxboro-based employees, including devices, Microsoft 365, and networked systems.

You will work with global IT colleagues, gain exposure to cloud tech and cybersecurity, and contribute to upgrades, documentation, and process improvements in a hybrid, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent practical IT experience.
• Two or more years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows computers and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Knowledge of endpoint management and security practices.
• Ability to document actions and communicate with end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user hardware, software, OS, connectivity, printing, and peripheral support.
• Set up and maintain laptops, mobiles, monitors, and other devices.
• Assist with Windows updates and endpoint configurations.
• Support conference room tech and user adoption of company systems.
• Monitor IT assets, equipment assignments, and inventory records.
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding of user accounts.
