Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an End User Support-IT Field Services professional based in the Norwood, MA area to provide hybrid on-site and remote support across MA. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, manage executive devices, and coordinate with Tier 3 teams to ensure rapid, discreet resolutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of technical support experience, ITIL v3 credentials, and strong knowledge of Office 365, AD, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred or 2 - 4 years of technical support experience
• ITIL v3 accreditation and relevant OS qualifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, A+)
• Solid knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, Teams; Windows 10/11
• Active Directory and EntraID familiarity
• Intune Auto-pilot and MDM solutions
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and ITSM (ServiceNow)
• Strong communication and ability to document technical solutions
• Support across Windows, Chrome and mobile applications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for executives and admins with white-glove service
• Manage executive laptops/tablets/phones and configure Office 365/Teams/OneDrive
• Triage and resolve escalated issues from Help Desk
• Coordinate with Tier 3 teams and field services for timely resolutions
• Partner with IT teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades
