Job summary

Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a versatile IT Systems & Support Engineer to support end users, cloud infrastructure, and network in a hybrid DMV-area role.

You will manage AWS and Azure, administer the Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint, provide desktop support for Windows and macOS, and help enforce security and patch management.

On-site presence a few days a week is required to support hardware, with collaboration across vendors and internal teams to keep systems reliable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT Support, Systems Administration, or related role.
• Hands-on experience managing resources in AWS and Azure.
• Deep knowledge of Office 365 administration and SharePoint management.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
• Familiarity with endpoint security (EDR/Antivirus), IAM, and DLP strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-centric communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2/3 desktop support for Windows and macOS.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Administer Office 365 suite, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint permissions and libraries.
• Deploy and maintain network devices, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
• Implement and monitor security best practices across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers on complex issues.
