Job summary

Vital IT Network Systems (VINS) in the United States is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide advanced technical support, diagnose complex issues, and keep client systems secure and running smoothly.

You will work in a hybrid role, collaborating with a team to resolve tickets, document configurations, and communicate findings clearly to clients while supporting Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills with MSP experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, networking and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients for hardware, software, networks and system integration.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated IT issues using analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain clear client communication, document resolutions and configurations.
• Monitor and maintain client systems, proactively identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in on‑call rotations as needed.
