Meriplex is seeking a capable IT Support Analyst to act as the escalation point for L1 Systems Analysts and deliver advanced workstation and application support. You will troubleshoot complex network and device connectivity, manage incidents, and provide second-level triage for virtual server issues.

Essentially, you will administer Active Directory and security-related ITIL processes, while delivering scripted application support and strong end-user assistance.
