Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a System Support Analyst to help support a government system automating critical processes for US agencies and noncitizens. The role requires Windows 11 expertise and the ability to provide client-side application support in a hybrid DC metro area workspace.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, monitor the system for uptime, and troubleshoot issues. The successful candidate will work independently and with the team, contributing to a meaningful government

Qualifications

Associate degree and at least 2 years of work experience providing system support.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting desktop hardware issues.

Responsibilities

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement as part of an active Agile development team.
Collaborate with team members to monitor the system, maximize uptime, and analyze issues.
Identify and document resolutions for future reference in similar situations.
Alert clients and IT staff to issues and assist with troubleshooting.
Rotate with team members on Tier II support to assist users with system issues.
Learn new technical skills as needed to support the program.
