Job summary
Milliman is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join the IT Practice Support Services team in Manhattan. You will be the first line of contact for employees, triaging tickets, and performing basic troubleshooting to enable faster resolution.
This on-site role requires collaboration with cross-functional IT teams and hands-on support of Windows/macOS endpoints and AD. The position is hybrid, four days in the NYC office, with on-call rotation and opportunities to contribute to enterprise-wide IT
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Minimum 2 years in desktop support or system administration, supporting 100+ users.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
- Working knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM/Intune) and ITSM platforms.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, able to handle multiple requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line IT support and ticket triage (L1).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows endpoints and peripherals on-site.
- Support office systems: AV, printers, room-booking hardware.
- Maintain AD and assist with patching and endpoint management.
- Assist in change control, audits, and documentation.
