Job summary

Transforming Age Associates, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in the Seattle/Bellevue area. The role provides high-level user support, maintains daily IT operations, and collaborates with Corporate IT on projects and upgrades.

You will diagnose technical issues, manage helpdesk tickets, and ensure network and system security while working independently and communicating progress and risks in a timely manner. Hybrid work arrangement offered with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office suite.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with computer networking.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and customer service to residents and staff, from basic to complex IT issues.
• Support daily IT operations, participate in technology projects, assist with upgrades and device deployments, and safeguard networks.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT while managing tasks independently and communicating progress and risks.
• Respond to technical assistance requests in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues affecting users.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and documentation efforts.
• Log helpdesk interactions and escalate urgent issues as needed.
• Keep systems current with information and updates.
• Provide scheduled on-call and after-hours coverage (rare, about one week per month).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
