Job summary

Transforming Age in Bellevue/Seattle area seeks an IT Support Specialist for a hybrid role. You will respond to technical requests in person, by phone, and online, diagnose network issues, and support IT projects such as system upgrades and device deployments.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field is preferred, plus 3+ years of experience with Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365. Local WA travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and business tech.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
• Diagnoses and resolves network connectivity issues affecting residents and staff.
• Supports IT projects including system upgrades, device deployments, migrations, and documentation.
• Researches questions using available resources and escalates when appropriate.
• Follows standard help desk procedures and logs interactions.
• Prepares activity reports and documents internal procedures.
• Keeps current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Provides scheduled on-call and after-hours coverage (rare after-hours, one week per month).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
