Job summary

Bonneville Communications Corporation seeks a proactive Systems Administrator in Salt Lake City. This full-time, hybrid role covers on-site and remote work to support a growing IT stack across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint security while providing end-user support and maintaining documentation. A 1–3 year background and strong customer service mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Collaborative team player with initiative and strong communication.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and training as needed.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across platforms.
• Manage IT help desk queue and prioritize tickets per SLAs.
• Monitor system performance and diagnose issues across networks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and procurement coordination.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Assist with security best practices and endpoint management.
