Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive end-user support and guidance, including training on new software.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Manage IT help desk queue and ensure tickets meet SLAs or are escalated as needed.
• Monitor and resolve system and network performance issues for reliable operations.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, procurement coordination, and disposal processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on server provisioning and maintenance.
• Apply system updates and patches on schedule; suggest improvements to keep systems reliable.
• Track IT hardware and software expenditures and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports for management.
• Assist with network and firewall administration and device management.
