Job summary

TEKsystems in West Bend, WI is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a contract role. You'll provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities include supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365 applications, VPN, and Active Directory, with strong communication to users of all levels. Hybrid onsite 3 days per week and ticketing system documentation are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, password resets, and user account administration.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN and remote access issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and business applications.
• Support and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Android.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner while meeting SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPN connectivity, and user issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
