Job summary

CFS is seeking an IT Support Technician in Hudsonville, MI. The role focuses on handling desktop and mobile issues, supporting Microsoft 365, and keeping our technology environment stable and productive.

The successful candidate will manage support requests, use ticketing and RMM tools, and assist with endpoint device deployment and conference room tech, delivering strong customer service and professionalism. Experience with ZenDesk, NinjaOne, Entra ID and Intune is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and remote monitoring (NinjaOne).
• Experience supporting Windows OS desktops/laptops and peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding).
• Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory user administration and Intune configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Help improve documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Receive, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests via ticketing system.
• Escalate complex incidents and monitor progress to resolution.
• Support Windows desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Configure and provision new employee accounts and system access.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices using Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Troubleshoot conference room tech and A/V equipment.
• Create and maintain technical docs, procedures, and knowledge base.
• Provide remote support with high-level customer service.
