Thompson & Terry Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused Junior IT Support Technician to join the growing team in Oxford with hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). Salary up to £30k per annum, depending on experience.

You will be the first point of contact for clients across the UK, diagnosing and resolving issues, managing requests via the Service Desk, and ensuring an excellent support experience.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Problem-solving with troubleshooting and AI awareness.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and certifications.
• Some IT experience or qualifications would be advantageous.
