Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent IT experience.
- 1-3 years in technical support / MSP environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking basics.
- Strong customer service, communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues; document work for billing and knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers.
- Collaborate with admin/engineers to resolve client issues.
