Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments. You will ensure security best practices, provide advanced technical support, and act as a mentor to Systems Technicians across client environments.

The role involves working hours Monday–Friday, with on-site support and potential remote elements based on client needs. Industry certifications are encouraged, and Integris offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT preferred.
• 3–5 years supporting infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Industry certifications encouraged (e.g., CCNA, Network+).

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets in SLA order and provide escalation guidance.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, and cloud support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Document procedures, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
• Mentor Systems Technicians and coach junior staff.
