Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic network issues. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and client portal, documenting and prioritizing requests and escalating complex issues as needed.

The role offers collaboration with Systems Administrators and Engineers, adherence to SOPs, and opportunities for growth into senior technical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred
• Entry-level certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals)
• 1-3 years of technical support or help desk experience desired

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues.
• Serve as first contact via phone, email, and client portal; document and prioritize tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues; escalate complex problems to senior staff.
• Maintain ticket documentation and collaborate with Systems Administrators/Engineers.
• Follow ITSM processes and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist with user administration in Microsoft 365, including password resets and licensing.
