Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage desktop, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure while upholding security best practices. You will provide advanced technical support, handle escalations, and contribute to documentation and process improvement.

The role may involve service desk, field, client site, Integris office, or remote work depending on client needs. We value IT professionals who mentor others, improve SOPs, and leverage AI tools for productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure and end-user support experience.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to documentation.
• MSP or multi-client IT environment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and intermediate certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets in SLA order and resolve administrator-level issues.
• Serve as primary escalation resource for Systems Technician team.
• Support server, network, cloud, and line-of-business applications.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Engineers when needed.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge base for efficiency.
