Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling tickets from phone, email, and client portal, while delivering excellent customer service and professional communication.

You will grow through documented processes, collaboration with Systems Administrators and Engineers, and exposure to SOPs, remote management, and monitoring tools, with a path toward more advanced

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Entry-level certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tickets in order of SLA.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and portal.
• Document all technical work for accurate billing and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot frontline issues to minimize disruption.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Engineers.
• Collaborate with Administrators and Engineers to resolve client issues.
• Follow IT service management processes and SOPs to deliver consistent support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
