Job summary

3key Consulting, Inc. in Calabasas, CA is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1/2 support in a high-volume environment, handling Windows workstations, AD/Entra ID, and POS systems. Training starts onsite five days a week, then shifts to a hybrid model with three onsite days.

The role requires 2+ years’ help desk experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in restaurant/retail multi-location settings. Immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework and/or technical training.
• 2+ years of IT Help Desk/Service Desk experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, queued ticketing environment.
• 2+ years supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a high-volume, queued environment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using established troubleshooting methods.
• Install/upgrade software and hardware and configure systems and apps.
• Remote and telephone troubleshooting with or without remote management tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office, printers, networking, and POS.
• Create and administer Entra ID/AD user accounts.
• Image and configure new workstations; perform preventive maintenance.
• Document incidents and solutions for knowledge base.
• Maintain professional, service-oriented end-user support while handling multiple requests.
