Intratek Computer, Inc. is seeking a SENIOR HELP DESK TECHNICIAN in Irvine, California to lead daily IS Help Desk operations on the First Shift.

The role emphasizes service improvements, troubleshooting oversight, and teamwork with IS staff to ensure user satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have roughly five years of progressive Help Desk experience in large networks, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to communicate clearly with users.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma with technical coursework and roughly five years of Help Desk experience in a large network environment.
• Experience with networked PCs and printers, troubleshooting, and in-depth Microsoft Office Suite support.
• Prior senior or lead experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist users in troubleshooting by identifying the problem severity and attempt resolution, primarily over the phone.
• Conduct follow-up sessions and coordinate with IS staff to close items and ensure user satisfaction.
• Recommend process improvements and review procedures for continuous enhancements.
• Provide trend and root cause analysis using Help Desk tools and report findings to prevent recurrence.
