Klinedinst PC in Irvine, CA is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our local and hybrid workforce. You will troubleshoot hardware, assist with Citrix applications, and manage user accounts and security across Windows 10/11 environments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to troubleshoot hardware and software across on-prem and hybrid networks.
• Provide responsive user support for network resources and software applications.
• Assist with Citrix applications (RDS, Sharefile) and security settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware for on-prem and hybrid network users.
• Respond to user inquiries about network access and software operation.
• Respond to user inquiries about Citrix applications (RDS, Sharefile, etc.).
• Maintain backups, security, and rights for files.
• Install/update software applications as required.
• Establish and maintain user accounts, environments, directories, and security groups.
• Update desktop OS (Windows 10/11) as needed.
• Perform software image updates using deployment tools (Prism Deploy).
• Remote troubleshooting with terminal services and Labtech.
• Set up and break down A/V equipment as needed.
