Job summary

Red Ventures in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support end users and IT operations for enterprise applications and environments. The role combines onsite days at the South Charlotte headquarters (Tue–Thu) with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

You will troubleshoot complex problems, manage identity and access with Okta, support device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications and environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with on-call shift rotation and cross-functional IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and configuration for enterprise applications, systems, and IT Operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with minimal supervision
• Support identity and access management (Okta) and network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN)
• Assist with asset management including device tracking and inventory accuracy
• Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles
• Analyze recurring tickets to identify workflow gaps and automate improvements
• Contribute to training and improvement of AI Service Agent (Freddy)
• Collaborate on IT projects and mentor teammates
