Job summary

Mission Essential seeks a Technology Operations Specialist to support and maintain our enterprise IT environment in a hybrid New Albany, OH role. You will provide end-user support, administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services, support cybersecurity operations, manage endpoints, and assist in implementing technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum three years of enterprise IT support, systems administration, cloud administration, or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting Azure environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of SIEM, MDR, EDR, incident response, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 end-user support for remote and on-site employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, printing, mobile devices, and apps.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related cloud services.
• Manage user accounts, licensing, permissions, and service configurations.
• Support Azure and GCC High environments and cloud-based apps.
• Monitor platform health and assist with operational improvements.
