Job summary

FOCUS SOLUTIONS GROUP INC is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Technician for a hybrid role based in Mobile, AL. The candidate will support Office 365, end-user desktops, and Level 2 remote operations, with occasional on-site client work and travel.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and experience with Windows/Mac support, Intune, and scripting. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, with flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop or Tier 2 IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and networking.
• Experience with mobile device management and scripting (PowerShell).
• Familiar with SaaS phone systems and Teams Business Voice.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and user access.
• Provide Tier 2 desktop support (Windows and Mac) remotely and onsite.
• Travel to client sites for scheduled support and installations.
• Document solutions in the knowledge base.
