Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and resolving IT issues on Windows and macOS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual Mandarin/English required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access.
• Solid networking fundamentals; familiarity with Cisco/HP-Aruba/Ubiquiti gear.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel up to 10% between SoCal locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for Windows and macOS users.
• Manage M365 onboarding, licenses, and access (Entra ID).
• Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals; maintain asset inventory.
• Monitor and maintain network gear like switches/routers and APs.
• Assist with firewall, VPN, and MFA configurations.
• Support security audits and access reviews.
• Travel up to 10% to multiple Southern California locations.
