Job summary

Osi Digital Inc. is seeking an AV/IT Support Specialist for a contract role in Orange County, CA. The candidate will install, test, and maintain AV/VTC systems and provide live event support onsite.

Responsibilities include supporting Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, performing preventive diagnostics, and delivering VIP/Executive assistance with strong communication and ticketing workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV/IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with executive-level white-glove support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot AV and VTC systems.
• Provide live meeting and event support including setup and monitoring.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• Perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance on AV equipment.
• Offer VIP/Executive support for high-visibility meetings.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, and conferencing issues.
• Respond to incidents via the ticketing system.
• Leverage AV design knowledge and room configurations for setups.
• Support Windows and macOS devices and Jamf-managed Apple devices.

Job Title: AV/IT Support Specialist

Type: Contract

Location: Orange County, CA - 5 Days Onsite

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
• Provide live meeting and event support, including setup, monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Strong experience supporting and optimizing Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• Perform preventive diagnostics, system health checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Experience providing VIP/Executive White-Glove Support, with the ability to professionally support senior executives and high-visibility meetings.
• Familiarity with enterprise AV technologies and products such as Crestron, Logitech, Biamp/Tesira, or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, microphone, camera, connectivity, and conferencing issues.
• Respond to and resolve AV/IT incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Working knowledge of AV design principles, signal flow, room configurations, and conferencing technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with Apple laptops, iPads, macOS, and Jamf endpoint management in an enterprise environment is a plus.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AV support processes, technology, and user experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with a professional presence appropriate for executive-facing support.
• 5+ years of relevant AV, IT support, or related technical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Audio Visual Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft, AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Biamp, or other relevant technical certifications are preferred but not required.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
