Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a capable IT Support professional to maintain desktop environments and provide end-user assistance. This role offers hybrid work with a mix of remote and in-office duties across a multi-branch structure.

Responsibilities include managing tickets via the IT Service Desk, configuring workstations, and supporting Office 365 applications while maintaining asset inventory and following SLA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and resolve end-user problems to satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond to requests through the IT Service Desk.
• Document all Service Desk tickets and close them within SLA.
• Provide remote and in-person support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office and related apps.
