Job summary

Chadwell Supply seeks an IT Support Technician to maintain desktop and related equipment and to deliver timely end-user support. Responsibilities include hardware/software maintenance, ticketing, and asset management across office and remote setups.

You will operate in a hybrid work environment with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office, requiring a minimum 18 years of age and proficiency in Office applications.

Qualifications

• Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Be able to work in high-volume and fast-paced environment.
• Average computer literacy and aptitude for learning new software.
• CompTia A+ and MS Office certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and resolve end-user issues.
• Monitor and respond to Service Desk requests.
• Document tickets and close them within SLA.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and asset provisioning.
• Configure and maintain desktops, printers, servers, and IP phones.
