Job summary

Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) seeks an Information Technology Associate to deliver tier-1 support, manage IT assets, and support Microsoft 365 and business applications. The role emphasizes problem solving, customer service, and contributing to mission-driven initiatives.

The incumbent will train onsite daily for the first month, then work onsite three days per week with two remote days, in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 technical support via Zoom, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues across Windows 11, M365, SharePoint, Salesforce, iOS, Android.
• Address hardware issues and perform setup, maintenance, and replacements.
• Document requests and resolutions in the IT system; monitor trends for improvements.
• Train staff and promote technology adoption with user-facing materials.
