Job summary

The Mission Essential Group, LLC is seeking a Technology Operations Specialist to support our New Albany, OH corporate office in a hybrid role. You will handle end-user support, cloud administration, and security monitoring across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

As part of a small IT team, you will work on device management, compliance initiatives, and technology initiatives, balancing operational support with project work while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent IT/cybersecurity experience.
Minimum three years of enterprise IT support, cloud administration, or cybersecurity.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience supporting Azure environments.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support for employees located both remotely and on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, networking, printing, mobile device, and application issues.
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access management activities.
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base resources.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication during all support interactions.
