Job summary

Information-Systems-and-Networks-Corporation (ISN) is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support HSPD-12 credentialing in a hybrid role near Washington, DC. You will serve as a technical point of contact for system operations and end-user support, helping ensure secure, efficient government credentialing processes.

The role requires 2–5 years IT experience, strong Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of IT support experience with emphasis on end-user software support.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SharePoint and GSA scheduling tools is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for system operations, technical support, and logistics.
• Develop and present required briefings, reports, and other program materials.
• Assist training team personnel on system functionality and administrative processes.
• Provide support for HSPD-12 enrollment and SmartID activation activities.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery of equipment to field locations.
• Perform maintenance and support for deployed systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting end-user systems.
• Operate USAccess functionality to support scheduling and site configurations.
• Conduct system activation activities within the USAccess environment.
• Provide backup support to the USAccess Site Manager.
• Participate in inventory reviews and equipment accountability.
• Provide ICAM SharePoint administrative support when required.
