Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT support experience focusing on end-user software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SharePoint and scheduling tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for system operations and logistics.
• Provide training and briefings on system functionality.
• Support HSPD-12 enrollment and SmartID activation activities.
