All Heart Home Care is hiring an IT Support Specialist to assist employees across multiple offices in the Middle Tennessee area. The role partners with the Director of IT to troubleshoot devices, apps, EMR systems, and the Microsoft 365 suite in a patient-friendly healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, managing user access, and supporting system upgrades while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security. This is a full-time hybrid position with travel as needed.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers and common software issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Mansioni

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, software, phone systems, and EMR platforms.
• Document troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues to the Director of IT when appropriate.
• Create, update, and maintain employee accounts, system access, and permissions.
• Configure and deploy computers, iPads, and other technology equipment.
• Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and administration.
• Coordinate equipment assignments, returns, and inventory tracking.
• Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and software installations.
• Support technology rollouts, office setups, and special projects.
• Maintain timely communication with employees and leadership regarding support requests and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and data security standards.
• Create, update, and order business cards and marketing materials as needed.
